H.O.P.E .USA is a privately funded organization created for the sole purpose of allowing current homeowners to remain in their existing homes. The way it works : Rather than have the bank or finance company take away your home based on unfair lending parameters or un-forseen circumstances the H.O.P.E. team can help by utilizing one of the following.

1. Purchase your home directly and keep a foreclosure off of your credit report. Often while getting paid. 

2. Reduce the monthly mortgage payments to make them financially manageable.

3. Allow investors to take on the burden of the monthly mortgage costs and taxes allowing you to focus on responsibilities besides home ownership.

4. Render assistance to help repair credit and assist refinancing efforts.           

5. Rendering aid and providing legal representation to delay foreclosure.
